Contractor Pro Website Template License

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Rapid Response IT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Contractor Pro Website Template and its associated files, code, pages, layouts, stylesheets, scripts, graphics, and documentation, collectively referred to as the Template.

This purchase grants you permission to use the Template. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights. Rapid Response IT retains all ownership rights in the Template.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Template for your own business website or for one approved client website, unless Rapid Response IT provides written permission for broader use.

You may customize the Template by editing text, images, branding, colors, layout sections, pages, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, scheduling links, forms, and other website content for your licensed website.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or commercially redistribute the Template.
• Share, publish, upload, give away, transfer, or distribute the Template source files.
• Use the Template to create or sell another website template, theme, marketplace product, or downloadable design package.
• Claim ownership of the Template design, structure, code, or source files.
• Use the Template without purchasing a valid license directly from Rapid Response IT or an authorized Rapid Response IT sales channel.
• Use a copied, stolen, leaked, pirated, or otherwise unauthorized version of the Template.
• Use the Template for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited business activities.

4. Powered by Rapid Response IT Attribution

If the website is hosted, managed, maintained, or provided as an active service by Rapid Response IT, the footer attribution reading Powered by Rapid Response IT must remain visible, functional, and unaltered.

You may not remove, hide, disable, obscure, modify, or bypass the attribution while Rapid Response IT is providing hosting, management, maintenance, or related website services, unless Rapid Response IT provides written permission.

If you host the website independently with a third-party provider, the attribution may be removed unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

5. Updates and Support

If you purchase an updates and support option, Rapid Response IT may provide template updates, bug fixes, improvements, and reasonable technical support during the active support period.

Expiration or cancellation of updates and support does not automatically revoke your license to continue using a properly purchased copy of the Template. However, future updates and support are not included unless renewed.

6. Intellectual Property

The Template is the intellectual property of Rapid Response IT. All designs, layouts, source code, stylesheets, scripts, page structures, documentation, and related materials are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Enforcement

If this License is violated, Rapid Response IT reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under applicable law and contract, which may include suspension or termination of hosting or managed services, revocation of the license, injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of reasonable attorney's fees and court costs where permitted by law.

8. No Warranty

The Template is provided as-is. Rapid Response IT makes no guarantee that the Template will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every specific business need, hosting environment, third-party plugin, scheduling platform, or customization request.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Response IT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or misuse of the Template.

10. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action related to this License shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida unless otherwise required by law.

11. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, installing, customizing, hosting, or using the Template, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this License.
